Pantry Challenge 2013: Menu Plan & Goals (Week 2)

Each week I'll be sharing my menu plan and goals during that week. I shared my overall goals on the introduction post but think breaking them down into smaller goals each week will make it easier to accomplish. 
Throughout the challenge I'll be posting new recipes that I make & pinning new recipes that I want to try so be sure to join me or follow along on Pinterest
Week 2 

Weekly Goals:
  • Organize freezer downstairs
  • Organize kitchen cabinets
  • Plan & make breakfast each morning (listing this one again so that I stay on top of it!)
Menu Plan:

Monday - Leftover chicken pot pie, salad (hubs night)
Tuesday - Sliced turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes & peas
Wednesday - Oven steaks, rice & broccoli (hubs night)
Thursday - Meatloaf sandwiches & chips  (dart night)
Friday - Free Papa Johns pizza (working on a cake order [-;)
Saturday - Dinner out

Little late, but here goes!

Menu Plan:

Monday- Pork Loin, Mashed Potatoes (instant, shh), frozen green bean steamer (all from freezer/pantry)

Tuesday- Soup Beans and cornbread (all from pantry)

Wednesday- Spaghetti & Garlic Bread (bought the garlic bread, rest from pantry)

Thursday- BBQ Chicken Quesadillas, homemade chips, salsa (pantry!)

Friday- Honey Chicken, br. rice, sliced cucumbers (only bought the cucumber)

Saturday- Sw. Chix Bacon Wraps, green beans, scalloped potatoes (all from pantry)

Sunday- Leftover Soup Beans & Cornbread

Hopefully I achieve my goal of sticking to this! Will report back on Sunday.
