Pantry Challenge 2013: Menu Plan & Goals (Week 4- Bonus Week!)

 
Technically my Pantry Challenge was supposed to end today (at least according to the introduction post) but I still haven't organized my stockpile and I like having a menu plan for the week.  So I'm calling this Week 4 a BONUS week!
I am going to increase my weekly spending limit to $35, which is still $15 less than my normal budget but a little more then I was allotting myself during the challenge. That way I can stock up on good deals I find this week. 
Throughout the challenge I'll be posting new recipes that I make & pinning new recipes that I want to try so be sure to join me or follow along on Pinterest
Week 4 (Bonus Week)
Weekly Goals:
  •  Organize kitchen cabinets 
  • Organize freezer downstairs 
  • Organize stockpile 
  • Plan & make breakfast each morning (listing this one again so that I stay on top of it!)
Menu Plan: 
Monday - Spaghetti, garlic bread (hubs night)
Tuesday - Fiesta Chili Bake
Wednesday - "Brinner" Eggs, bacon (or smoked sausage), toast (hubs night)
Thursday - Chicken quesadillas
Friday - Frozen pizza 
Saturday - Dinner out 
Sunday - Addicting chicken, au gratin potatoes, broccoli (didn't get to this last week)

Yum! I love garlic bread - some how I always forget to make it when I'm serving spaghetti. Thanks for the reminder.

I'll be over on Sunday for the addicting chicken & au gratin potatoes - no need to cook extra broccoli for me!
