I was stoked! They had 3 lb packages of hamburger marked down to $2.99 and 3 lb frozen chicken breasts marked down to $3.99.
Plus I got 5 packages of Marcal (6ct) for 50 cents each! I haven't tried it yet, but I couldn't pass it up at that price.
But THE BEST part of the trip was that I remembered to use my reusable bags...ta-da!
Unfortunately I bought more than planned so I still had to get a few plastic bags. I'll take them back to be recycled and remember in the future to bring plenty of bags with me!
