Kroger Mega Sale

After my transaction yesterday I received 3 catalinas (coupons good towards your next order) and I thought I would share the details to two of them. They are on sale during Kroger's Megasale promotion until 8/28/09.

Deal #1
I bought 5 Betty Crocker fruit snacks & used several printable coupons (see sidebar for a link to coupons.com) combined with the mega sale savings. You can also add an ecoupon from cellfire.com to your Kroger card for additional savings.

I ended up paying .86/each & then received a $3.50 OYNO catalina because I purchased 5 boxes.

I made sure to pick up 5 boxes of Nature Valley granola BARS because they were also included in the mega sale. I used a .50 coupon & .70/2 coupon from the 8/9 Sunday insert, and one printable coupon (see sidebar) plus an ecoupon from cellfire.com.

**Just make sure to buy BARS to get the catalina; Kroger also has granola on sale but it doesn't count toward this deal.

Because I bought 5 boxes I received a $3.50 OYNO catalina.

*Things to Remember:

- you must buy 10 Megasale items in order to receive $5 off your total order
- you can print TWO of each coupon from coupons.com (see sidebar) by using your back browser; typically those coupons move to the last page after the first print
- only buy 5 of each offer in one transaction; even if you buy more than 5 it will only print one coupon, so if you have multiple coupons do multiple transactions of 5 to receive the best deal
