It's a Green Bag Tag and a great way to earn Extra Care Bucks while playing nice with the environment.
Basically you scan the tag every time you shop with a reusable bag (one scan per day) and on the 4th scan a $1 ECB will print! (You can also scan the GBT if you are not using any bag at all, like for a large package of toilet tissue.)

I'm a Target girl but I love CVS too, I always find the most random, but super cute things there for 10 cents and stuff :)
Publix is where it's at! CVS has great deals when it comes to cleaning, makeup, snack and soda prices, though! I'm excited to win! :)
