Today is the last day of Kroger's Mega Sale. I'm sad to see it go but I'm happy that I will get a small break from grocery shopping.*
We are well stocked in drinks, water, canned tomatoes, gatorade, Quaker quakes, rolaids, cheese, mexican rice, butter, salad dressing and several other items.
All in all I spent $57.30 and saved $716.39. Plus, I've still got catalinas to spend - $12 OYNO of chicken or beef and $3 OYNO. And a rebate for $8 on the water I purchased. It was a very successful two weeks of shopping!
*My break might have to wait. I just heard Kroger's Daytona days are starting tomorrow and there are a couple of items I can use and a couple more that I can turn into moneymakers with the right coupons. Stay tuned!
