You can find PDF's of the current ones at http://www.ourcouponhome.com/showthread.php?t=14770 and then sign up as listed below to have them emailed to you.
There is also $1 coupons for the butter in 6/13, 5/16 RP and an IP avail. (Just google it!)
Sign up at foodlion.com to get the Shopper's Companion emailed to you Tuesday night. Within the email is a link to FL store coupons. They change every week and normally don't expire for 2 weeks from the release date.
You can only use one per transaction but I will print more than one page and then just make several trips if the deal is a really good one. (I pass a FL going to work so it's not out of my way.)
