After a quick inventory last week I realized that both freezers were packed full and my pantry was well stocked. So I'm going to follow my own advice this week and use what I have in a weekend Eat from the Pantry Challenge. In order to make this happen I'm using a couple of guidelines:
-Plan a menu
-Use anything close to expiration first
-Shop only for essentials/perishables (milk, produce, etc.)
Since I will not be shopping this week I'll share my recipes & tips with you as the week goes along. If you are doing the challenge with me this week please let me know in the comments. I'd love to hear about your experience!
