Eating from the Pantry: Buffalo Chicken Wraps

I'm not sure that you could consider this a recipe but it is perfect for a summer dinner! I like to cook double as much chicken as I need so that I can freeze half of the cooked chicken. That way I can cook once but eat twice!

Ingredients are for 4 wraps:

1 lb chicken, cooked & shredded
1 teaspoon butter
1 Tablespoon Frank's Red Hot Sauce (or use your favorite! Adjust to taste)
4 whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
8 Tablespoons ranch dressing (or blue cheese!)
Lettuce

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add chicken & Frank's sauce; mix well.  Build wrap by putting 2 tablespoons of dressing in the center of each tortilla, then divide chicken, cheese and lettuce evenly between the four tortillas. Fold over & enjoy!
