General Mills just conducted a breakfast survey in the D.C. area. In the survey, 97% of parents said that breakfast was important for children to eat. Studies have shown that kids who eat breakfast tend to perform better in school and have fewer disciplinary problems. They also have shown that breakfast also tends to help kids stay alert and 86% agree that cereal is a healthy option.
While I admit I didn't realize all the benefits of eating cereal, it has always been my go-to breakfast option because it's convenient and tasty. Now I can feel really good about grabbing a bowl before work!

Love, love, love cereal! I start my day usually with a bowl of Kashi Blueberry Clusters, Quaker Oatmeal Squares, or some type of granola or shredded wheat....there really isn't any kind of cereal that we don't like! If I'm really in a hurry, then I'll have Greek Yogurt topped with fruit and maybe some type of crushed cereal....yum!

Great giveaway! One way we eat healthy in the morning is with milk, whether it's in a smoothie, with cereal, Carnation Instant Breakfast, or just a glass of milk with a meal.

My family loves cereal. It would be too hard to pick a favorite here! We usually have cereal for breakfast several times a week but we almost always have it as a quick snack after school or before bedtime :) Like I said we love cereal! It makes a great snack!

I serve cereal atleast 4 days per week. with 7 children in the house, this is the quickest and most healthy ay to feed them all. They love Rasin Bran, Honey Nut Cheerio's, corn flakes and more.
I babysit my nieces and nephew, and every morning, they pick their cereal from our stockpile, and they get a side of fruit as well! (Grapes, Strawberries or Bananas!)
