Eating from the Pantry: Spider Web Pizza Dip

When I had to come up with something quick for a Halloween party recipe I poked around online till I found this recipe and then adapted it to what I had on hand. It was easy & delicious while still fitting in with the party theme. Chances are you have these items in your pantry too!

IMAG0443  Spider Web Pizza Dip (adapted from this recipe)

1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened (or microwave it for 30 seconds if you procrastinate like me)
1/2 cup of mozzarella shredded cheese
1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup sour cream

Heat oven to 350.  Mix cream cheese, mozzarella and pepperoni then spread it in a 9" pie pan. Top with spaghetti sauce.  Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Place sour cream in a zip lock bag and cut a small piece off of the corner. Squeeze into a circle pattern on the spaghetti sauce. Then using a toothpick start in the center going to the outside pull it through to resemble a spider web.  Serve with Ritz or your favorite cracker.
