$5 Mail-In Rebate wyb Apples

Print this mail-in rebate to save $5 on any purchase of apples; minimum $8 apple purchase. This rebate is valid from 1/30-3/31/13 and in FL, GA, KY, MD, NC, SC, TN, VA or WV. Request must be postmarked by 4/15/13; one per household/address.
