Pantry Challenge 2013: Menu Plan & Goals (Week 1)

Each week I'll be sharing my menu plan and goals during that week. I shared my overall goals on the introduction post but think breaking them down into smaller goals each week will make it easier to accomplish. 

Throughout the challenge I'll be posting new recipes that I make & pinning new recipes that I want to try so be sure to join me or follow along on Pinterest

Let the Pantry Challenge begin!   

Weekly Goals:
  • Organize fridge/freezer upstairs
  • Organize freezer downstairs
  • Organize kitchen cabinets
  • Plan & make breakfast each morning (I always forget to bring breakfast to work!)
Menu Plan:

Monday - Zatarrain's jambalaya with smoked sausage & salad (hubs night)
Tuesday - Rotisserie chicken & scalloped potatoes 
Wednesday - Sloppy joes & oven fries (hubs night)
Thursday - Dart league; dinner provided by sponsor
Friday - Chicken pot pie
Saturday - Dinner out 
Sunday - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes & green beans
